Returns
- Eligibility: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Conditions: Items must be:

- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from stains, perfume, or damage

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.
- Non-returnable items:
- Sale or discounted items
- Accessories (e.g. masks, scrunchies, etc.)
- Custom or personalized orders

How to Request a Return
- Email us at [insert your email] with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with further instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping charges) within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
- We offer size or product exchanges (subject to availability).
- If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right — fast.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
In the case of approved exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of reshipping the new item once we receive the return.
